The Project is a 34-storey tower with ten hotel floors (Levels 04-13, 200 keys) and 19 residential floors (Levels 15-33, 125 apartments, including duplex apartments – 2-bed duplex apartments, one per floor, from Level 20-29, and at Levels 30-31 – and 2 duplex penthouse apartments at Levels 33- 34); there are plant and equipment floors at Levels 14 and 32. There will be a spa with treatment and experience rooms at Levels 02-03, and a gym and pool deck at Level 03
